Insurance Pectus Carinatum

Some important points are

- Pectus Carinatum and Excavatum may cause difficulty breathing

- Excess pressure may be experienced by the heart, sunken sternum

- Endurance problems, I was told by a doctor nothing need be done aslong I dont want to be a professional sportsmen but I'd prefer it if I had a choice

- Most Insurance companies will say the surgery is a cosmetic one but it is more than that , it will help breathing a lot, endurance, and confidence as many suffers find it hard to take there shirts off at public beaches etc.

Remember even if surgery isn't an option for you and you prefer the method of using a Othapedic Corset or Vest Insurance Companies have be known to cover the costs involved with this method.

Pectus Excavatum Exercises Website

Pectus Excavatum

http://www.pectus-exercise.info

I've started a site which is still under construction will be completed in a week or so hopefully but its designed for all of you with Pectus Excavatum & Carinatum to use to find one place with a database of exercise to help improve our chest appearance, I too have Pectus Excavatum and its quite annoying searching far and wide for exercises and techniques to help our chests

This is why I've developed this site in order to produce a list of exercises and breathing techniques and other things that will help you with your flared ribs and improve the appearance of your chest. These exercises will even help people who have had the NUSS surgery done as they are essential to keeping the appearance permanent. For those who don't feel like spending two years with a steel bar through your chest try these out before you look into the surgery but it always best to get the surgery if the sternum is causing you heart problems.

Please Contact me if you know of an exercise that should be here
